Founded in late 2024 by Steve Melchiore in Southampton NEW JERSEY... DoggieDoo-Crew was created to make life a little bit easier for dog owners by eliminating the most dreaded chore of all—scooping dog poop!
Having picked up after their own dogs for years, the founders of DoggieDoo-Crew recognized that pooper scooping was an overlooked service across the United States.
He set out to make dog ownership a bit more enjoyable by solving this messy part of pet care.

1. Sign up for Services
Click on the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete the signup process right on our website. If you have questions, you can give our friendly staff a call, message us on Facebook, or use our online chat tool.
2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services a Doggie Doo Crew representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
3. Setup Customer Portal
Once you sign up for services a Doggie Doo Crew representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process.
4. Attach Payment Method
All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Doggie Doo Crew will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email. These records can also be seen in the customer portal. If payment is not received prior to your first cleaning of the month you will be removed from the service schedule.

2. Site Visits & Fact Finding
Depending on the size of your community, our team will walk your commercial property to evaluate problem areas, listen to your concerns, and make recommendations to mitigate, or completely eliminate the pet waste issue. If you have a small property, or know exactly what areas have issues, we are able to provide you with an accurate quote without having to visit your property, but we are always happy to take the time to perform a site visit.
3. Formal Recommendations
Once we have gathered all the information about your community and performed a site visit, our team of professional pooper scoopers will put together a complementary pet waste management plan for your property. These plans will typically include recommendations for dog waste station placements, sq ft of common area space that needs to be manually cleaned, and what service frequency your property needs to reduce your dog waste problem.
4. Starting Services
Our pet waste management proposals typically have several options designed to fit various budgets. Once you select an option that works for your community you will simply sign off on the proposal and our team will get your property scheduled for service. If your property requires the installation of dog waste stations, our team will call in a locate to ensure we are not digging into any utility lines and place the order for your supplies.
5. Ongoing Service
Our common area cleaning service not only takes care of the dog waste problem; we also pick up any garbage on your property that fits into our scooping buckets. If you have dog waste station maintenance on schedule, our team will remove the dog waste, replace the bags, notify you of any vandalism or damaged units, and clean 10ft around each station on every visit

Arrival Notification
Our friendly Doggie Doo Crew
technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.
Cleaning Your Yard
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie doo. Doggie Doo Crew
team members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Doogie Doo Crew technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Pet Waste Disposal
Depending on your location and the local regulations, your pooper scooper will either double bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can or place the waste in their service truck to be disposed of with Waste Management. If you don’t have a trash can in select locations, the waste will simply be double-bagged and placed on the side of your home. This ensures proper disposal and compliance with local guidelines.

Doggie Doo Crew will clean any areas of your property that have dog waste issues, including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc.
Do you provide dog waste removal services all year round?
Yes! Doggie Doo Crew provides dog waste removal services year-round at all of our locations. Even in the winter, we will still show up to provide services. In locations with snow, most of the waste that accumulates is still scoopable
How do you ensure the safety of my dogs?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is a top priority at Doggie Doo Crew. To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard, and we ensure all our employees are background checked.
How much does it cost to hire a professional pooper scooper?
Doogie Doo Crew has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $60 per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the yard, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $95 and $135 per month.
Do I have to sign a contract for pooper scooper services?
No contracts! You can start, pause, and cancel your subscription at any time by updating your customer portal or calling our office.
How do you dispose of pet waste after each cleanup?
Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog poop is considered a hazardous material. Each location is slightly different. For the "Gold" Service option we will take the waste off your property and properly dispose of it with Waste Management. For the "Silver" Service option, we will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.
Can you clean with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.
Can I request a specific cleanup day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but because of our size, we can generally offer 2-3 options to best fit your schedule
Do you provide arrival windows for services?
No, we don’t provide arrival times for our pooper scooper services. While we will do our best to accommodate your schedule, we optimize our routes for drive time at midnight the day before services are completed to help keep costs low.
